Does anybody know where I can find the English version of Pokemon Gold Heart / Soul Silver ROM? I downloaded a version that was translated to 70%, but crashed as it is, I have in my name. A link would be very grateful, thank you.

There is no ROM in English. There are patches available to translate, but something like that.
